WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?
Within the scope of the Act No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "act" or "KVKK"), personal data refers to any information belonging to an identified or identifiable natural person. Sensitive personal data refers to "data relating to race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, membership to associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, and biometric and genetic data" and It is stated that sensitive personal data can only be processed by obtaining the explicit consent of individuals. Tekna Human Resources Training and Consultancy Limited Company with Mersis number 0836044194138393 established in Turkey (hereinafter referred to as "Tekna") would like to provide some information to the candidate and the customer about the purpose, duration, method and legal reason of processing the information provided by the candidate and the customer in the capacity of "Data Supervisor" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 through this form; to whom and for what purposes it can be transferred. This data collection process will be subject to commonly used personal data processing. If the participants consent to these processes, their personal data and special categories of personal data may be processed. Any personal data and sensitive personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the relevant laws.
All obligations and principles required by the relevant legislation, especially KVKK, will be complied with and necessary security measures will be taken for the safe processing of your Personal Data.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
Candidates: Including, but not limited to, your Turkish ID number, name, date and place of birth, contact information and qualifications (education information, courses, internship, etc.), documents proving your identity and right to work and other information contained in your CV, information such as salary expectation, reference information, information on publicly available sources such as Linkedin, Kariyer. net and social media sites in order for us to find the most suitable roles for you, records of these interviews in case we contact you, notifications from our employees or third parties and feedback you give about others. In this context, if you do not choose to give KVKK permission, we may collect any information other than the information you provide in your CV.

Customers: As a natural person employer or a natural person representative of a legal person employer, we collect your personal data such as your name, TR ID number, telephone, e-mail, workplace address, bank account information, credit card information, sensitive personal data, company, department, profession, title, signature circular. FOR WHAT PURPOSE DOES DATA PROCESSING TAKE PLACE?

-Temporary employmentat client companies: This includes sending your CV to potential employers for review and informing you about future job opportunities via e-mail, telephone and/or other means of communication. In addition, providing payroll services to Client companies and managing the related processes are also within the scope of this purpose.
Communication via e-mail, text message or MMS such as training, commercial communication, recruitment and placement, marketing within the scope of Tekna Activities: Use of contact information such as e-mail, messaging or telephone based on your consent.
-Fulfilling our legal obligations as Tekna, transferring data to third parties/parties in other cases deemed necessary by Tekna, etc. situations. We also collect your personal data in order to communicate with candidates, to create employment for the candidate, to make interview and salary recommendations to the candidate, to report to the Client and to offer job opportunities to candidates.
-In order to fulfill our obligations to the Clients as a company, to fulfill the recruitment contract between us and the Clients; in this context, we collect the personal data of the Clients in order to present an offer to the Client, to prepare the contract, to manage and control the invoice and payment process, to manage and control the invoice and payment process, to make budget management and reporting, to communicate with our Clients and to maintain our business relationship, and we can only use your personal data for these reasons. TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES AND/OR ABROAD:
